2. Caution

2.1. Forbidden contents

Chain mail, spam, virus-contained and advertising of dating of a man and a woman. these are ILLEGAL, SIN and CRIME.
Those pose a threat of fishing by the fictitious claim.

If you are not familiar, please do not send advertising mail of your extraneous blog, web-site or SNS account.

You SHOULD send your claim for asking or problem reporting for legal, bugs or so on.

We cannot necessarily reply your mail immediately.

2.2. You should report, ...

You should send the claim - legal(copyright or patent) violation problem, bugs(e.g. JavaScript errors),
usability issue - needed to fix.

We don't accept your indivisual complaints, your hate.

Please write contents to send us as specifically as possible.
Example:
  • Copyright of illustrations, animations
  • Name of buildings
  • Windows, Android or iPhone
  • URL or Album name(Important)

2.3. Security policy

If emergency on the security, the address or SNS-Messages(Instagram and Twitter) may stop. And permanently unavailable, the contact acceptance itself will be alternated.

2.4. If you need attachment files

Image: GIF, JPEG, PNG(as possible). Please avoid uncompressed file(e.g. BMP).
Archive: we have Lhaplus so many format available. But as possible, please use zip, cab, tar.gz and tar.bz2.
Sound: AAC(.m4a or .3gp), Hi-Res: FLAC. Please compress as these.
Please avoid uncompressed file(Windows Wave(.wav), Mac AIFF(.aif))
Please avoid executive files(e.g. .exe, .com, .bat, macro Office files) for the security(except self-extraction).

Check the security incidents your attachment files to send in advance before sending.
