Yoritomo Minamoto, constituted Kamakura Shogunate in 1192, with the start of domestic government of whole Japan, but sooner than it seemed, he's said he'd dead at Inamuragasaki 'cuz by horse-accident in 1199, the other theory says he had the accident in Tsujido Fujisawa. These theories are not certain yet.
