For the event of 150th anniversary of Yokosuka Irony Shipyard, the Nippon-Maru came to Kurihama port. The high-level shipbuilding since later 1800's skills had been complicit on the ship.

Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru. This is the 2nd generation(1st generation is saved in Yokohama). In 1984, it has been built in SHI Uraga, high level engineering on shipbuilding since Yokosuka Irony Shipyard established.
