Regard to current investigation, there is the Left Wing Observatory, where 1800's men have measured the location of ships.

	In 1800's Japan, there's no radar machine. The location of a ship was measured by the observatories aside of cannons. The left side observatory is dug out after the Self-Defense Force has withdrawn.
